I am a currently licensed real estate agent in Arizona for over 25 years. I was an active full time agent in Arizona for more than 15 years.

Real estate transactions in Mexico are very different from sales in the United States or Canada.
Only a real estate agent who has extensive experience in Mexico can serve you properly and protect you from the pitfalls of the Mexican system. Many Americans and Canadians come to Mexico expecting the selling and purchasing of real estate to be the same. IT IS NOT THE SAME. Do not let anyone tell you any different. Only buy or sell with an experienced agent with good reputation. In Arizona, agents are held responsible and the law is strictly enforced. In Mexico it is important to work with someone who you can trust and rely upon to be HONEST and to DISCLOSE all the details of a transaction, especially before you are already in the process. NO SURPRISES.
